• August Intelligence analyses are generated using artificial intelligence and data analytics tools and are intended as supplementary information only
• Generated content does not constitute a professional appraisal, home inspection, or guaranteed property valuation
• All AI-generated content is reviewed by a licensed real estate professional in accordance with BCFSA guidelines on technology use in real estate
• Virtually staged images and enhanced property photos are clearly identified as such
• Market projections and investment analyses are based on historical data and current market conditions and should not be relied upon as predictions of future performance
